according to wikipedia, kathleen hanna and ad-rock are married! and kathy wilcox and guy picciotto have a kid together! i love fugazi and bikini kill, yet i was adorably clueless about both of these tidbits.
it’s kind of weird to your dilettante that kathleen would want to get married to anyone, even someone as adorable as adam horovitz. i’d think she’d be above such a bourgeois (and in this country, hetero) idea. i wonder if she wore white?
marriage thoroughly confuses me, so i’m not really the best judge. i wouldn’t say i’m against it, but at this point in my life, i can’t even imagine why i would get married other than for the presents (and, hopefully, for a good last name.)
at the end of the day i wonder if i could really be that committed to being free and bohemian.
